    Lancaster is WLCC’s second branch, offering two beautifully furnished rooms thoughtfully curated to provide a relaxing, comforting, and welcoming space.

    Middletown is the third branch WLCC opened, and this branch provides two pleasant and safe rooms that offer space to be yourself.

  • Our main office is located at 121 S College St, Myerstown, PA 17067.

    For your convenience, our Masters-level interns & clinicians offer both online (Telehealth) & in-person sessions at our WLCC locations in Lancaster or Myerstown.

  • We offer both Telehealth & in-person sessions (options vary by clinician).

    If you are working with one of our interns, your sessions can be held via Telehealth or in person at one of our WLCC locations in Lancaster or Myerstown.

  • We recognize that busy schedules & other commitments can make it challenging to prioritize mental health. That’s why WLCC offers flexible & convenient hours.

    Whether you’re an early riser or night owl, we have appointment times available to accommodate your needs. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to prioritize your mental well-being & take the first step towards healing.

  • We currently support clients through a variety of financial options:

    We accept Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum (United Health), Quest, Aetna, & Medicaid. This means that individuals with Medicaid coverage can access our counseling services without any additional financial burden. We're committed to breaking down barriers to mental health care and ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to seek help when they need it most.

    Self-pay & sliding scale options are also available.

    *Please confirm with your individual clinician to confirm their methods of payment. Not all clinicians accept all of the insurance options listed above.

  • We believe in authentic working relationships with our clients. This means that your first session will focus on getting to know you, your needs, & how we can help.

    We may ask why you are seeking therapy & assist you in identifying your personal therapy goals. We will also review the WLCC resources available to you as you start your journey towards wholeness.

  • We offer Telehealth sessions for your convenience. This option allows you to meet with therapists virtually through a secure connection.

    Your therapist will meet with you to discuss WLCC’s best practices & make sure online counseling is the best fit for you.

  • Your journey towards healing will be unique to your individual needs & goals. It will be as long or short as you need it be.

    Remember that therapy is a support for you to grow, transform, & become your best self.

  • We understand that language can be a barrier to accessing mental health care, which is why we’re pleased to offer services to Spanish-speaking clients.

    Our bilingual clinicians are dedicated to providing culturally competent care to Spanish-speaking individuals & families in the community.
