My work is grounded in both lived experience and deep study of the body-mind-spirit connection. I bring together academic knowledge, spiritual inquiry, and somatic practices to support lasting growth and resilience. I use Somatic Therapy practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, along with an Internal Family Systems framework when working with clients. TRAINING & EDUCATION

I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Evangelical Seminary and am licensed in PA. I am a licensed Massage Therapist (MSG007885). I am a Certified Somatic Therapist level 3 in Transformative Touch and a Certified Trauma Touch Therapist. I have level one training in Gottman Method for use in couples’ therapy. I hold a certificate in Spiritual Direction from Oasis Ministries. I am a certified SoulCollage® facilitator, Reiki Master Teacher, and Embodied Female Pleasure coach.
